Go Coach
Yourself

Allied Collective's self-paced hybrid leadership coaching program for organisations serious about developing leaders at scale.

Go Coach Yourself is our most accessible leadership development offering: a structured, self-paced program that senior leaders & high-potential employees can move through in their own time, without pulling them out of the business for days at a time. Built around our core leadership framework, each module combines structured reflection, evidence-informed tools & practical application with optional 1:1 coaching touchpoints built in for leaders who want personalised support alongside the self-directed work.

Organisations purchase Go Coach Yourself as a cohort experience, giving teams a shared language, a shared framework & a shared baseline of leadership capability to build from.

Inclusive & Mindful Leadership

A capability-building program grounded in Yoga philosophy for leaders navigating complexity, change & the pressure to perform without losing their people in the process.

This program builds the self-awareness, emotional regulation & inclusive leadership practice that research consistently links to higher retention, stronger team performance & reduced psychosocial risk. Designed for senior leaders & people managers, it moves beyond theory into the practical, giving leaders tools they can apply the week after the session, not just the frameworks to think about.

Available as a multi-session program or intensive format.

Middle Manager Capability Building

The most under-invested, highest-leverage leadership cohort in your organisation. Middle managers carry cultural weight, translating strategy downward & people upward simultaneously. When they're under-equipped, everyone feels it. When they're developed well, everything moves better.

This program builds the core capabilities that research consistently identifies as the gap: accountability, psychological safety, difficult conversations, delegation & the emotional regulation to lead under pressure without burning out in the process.

Accountability & Confidence for Leaders

For the leaders who know what they should be doing (but keep not doing it). Accountability is the most cited capability gap in leadership research & the least addressed in conventional training. This program builds the internal structures, confidence & clarity leaders need to hold themselves & their teams to a higher standard without defaulting to micromanagement or avoidance. Designed for managers who are technically capable but struggling to translate that capability into consistent leadership behaviour.

Leadership Wellbeing Retreats

An immersive, facilitated experience for leadership teams ready to reset, reconnect & lead with renewed intention. Leadership retreats at Allied Collective are designed immersive experiences: combining evidence-informed wellbeing practice, facilitated reflection, Yoga philosophy & leadership development to give teams the space to do the thinking they never get time for inside the business. The result is a leadership team that leaves with shared clarity, stronger trust & a renewed sense of collective purpose. Available as a one or two-day immersive experience. In-person locations across Australia. Custom design available on request.

HOW it works

Leadership development is a journey that requires commitment, capacity and willingness. This usually takes more than a single session. Allied Collective's programs are designed around a simple but non-negotiable principle (think of it like stretching a muscle in Yoga): sustained exposure builds sustained capability. Programs are available in single-session, multi-session & full-program formats, calibrated to your timeline, cohort & your commercial reality.

Process

Every engagement is structured across three phases:

Foundation: establishing shared language, self-awareness & psychological safety within the cohort

Application: building specific capabilities through facilitated practice, reflection & real-world application

Integration: embedding new behaviours through accountability structures, optional coaching support & follow-through tools

Frequently asked questions

How is this different from a standard leadership training course?

Allied Collective's programs are not copy-paste. Every program is co-designed following a discovery conversation & calibrated to your specific cohort, context & capability gaps. The founder, Ruhee leads every engagement personally, bringing 14 years of cross-industry facilitation expertise, a background in psychology & a frank, outcomes-focused approach that most training providers don't offer.

How long are the programs?

Programs range from half-day intensives to multi-month cohort journeys. Go Coach Yourself is self-paced & can be completed across 12 weeks. The right format depends on your cohort size, timeline & development goals, something a short discovery conversation can clarify quickly.

Can programs be delivered to mixed-level leadership cohorts?

Yes & in some cases, mixed cohorts produce stronger outcomes by building shared language & psychological safety across levels. We will advise on the optimal cohort structure during the discovery phase.

What makes your wellbeing programs different from the typical "meditation and mindfulness" offerings?

We believe wellbeing is both deeply personal and inherently collective - it's not about quick fixes or isolated practices. Our programs weave together individual growth with organsational culture, creating sustainable changes that honour both business objectives and human needs.

Can leadership development be combined with advisory support?

Yes. Many organisations begin with an organisational diagnostic or culture assessment through Allied Collective's Advisory & Consulting pillar, then use the findings to design a targeted leadership development program. The two pillars are designed to work together.

What's the investment?

Programs are priced according to format, cohort size & level of customisation. Go Coach Yourself is available as a per-seat cohort license.

Your people are capable & ready. The question is whether your leadership development is keeping pace with what you’re asking of them.

“Ruhee guided our company to better understand the unique role that human resources professionals play in enabling a firm to be anti-racist. Her extensive understanding of inclusive talent management processes and how to engage others in conversations about race are inspiring. The Allied Collective program takes what are difficult conversations and topics and facilitates personal and group reflections on them in a safe environment. This knowledge program inspires change at both individual and organisational levels.”
“Ruhee was such an engaging presenter and expertly answered and navigated all the queries while encouraging others to share their experiences as well.”
“The personal nature – sharing stories – felt very supportive and joyous. Really loved the introduction in relation to Aboriginal and Religious intersectionality.”
